As Principal of The Change Entity, Bec has studied and gained experience in the fields of Psychology, Mental Health, Neuroaffirming Positive Behaviour, Paramedicine, Trauma-Informed Education and Life Coaching.
Bec is a neurodivergent (AuDHD+) woman with over 2 decades of experience in neurodivergence and disability advocacy, small business management and micro enterprise development. She is also "mum" to six (+); a lover of her books and her bike, being near the ocean, and a good cup of tea. She strives for balance between seeking adventure and relishing comfort!
Bec is familiar with personal and professional adversity and challenge, and has grown to understand the powers of perspective, acceptance, connection and change through the experiences in her own journey.
We currently provide neuroaffirming positive behaviour support, (NDIS approved) through Sunrise Psychology.
Life coaching is also available.
And our connection with international refugee communities and other vulnerable people in our global community continues. Our fair trade business was impacted significantly by Covid19, and we haven't resumed that aspect of work, but hope to do so again the future.

The Change Entity provides support to those living in vulnerable communities, to develop micro-enterprise opportunities; convert traditional dependence into unique sustainable practices and business models; to model fair and just working conditions; and to advocate for access and opportunity.
Connection - how does harmony - both internal and as part of the world around us - influence and motivate our well being, purpose and changeability?
Awareness - what has captured and influenced our attention? Is there more to be included or considered in this situation?
Perspective - is there space and value for reflection on how the experiences and processes of each individual shape and inform the view they have in this moment?
Acceptance - have we explored, known and embraced our authentic selves, framed with the knowledge that there is no power in the past, only in what comes next?
Cultivation - what impact does intention and direction have on our growth and transformation?
